1. One-Time Purchases

All one-time purchases (Full Interview at $9, Full Package at $29) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the product did not function as described or you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from completing your review session.

2. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period. You will retain full access until the end of the period you have paid for.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if the review session was completed successfully and an IC Report was generated and downloaded. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse of the refund policy.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at our contact form within 7 days of your purchase. Include your account email and order details. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
