1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using AI VC Reviewer, operated by Tito Engineering LTD (ח.פ 514205004, Israel), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
AI VC Reviewer is an AI-powered tool that simulates an investment committee review of your startup. It provides analysis, scores, and recommendations based on your pitch deck and responses to AI-generated questions. The service is designed to help founders prepare for investor meetings and identify areas for improvement in their fundraising narrative. Access is currently invite-only. You may join a public waiting list at aivcreviewer.com and will be notified when access is granted.
3. Plans and Access
Free plan: Includes one 4-round AI review session per user. The free session resets every 3 days. The IC Report and PDF download are not available on the free plan.
Full Interview ($9 per review): Unlocks a full 15-round review session for a single startup profile. Does not include the IC Report. This is a one-time entitlement tied to the specific startup profile at the time of purchase. Modifying the startup profile after payment will void the entitlement and require a new purchase.
Full Package ($29 per review): Unlocks a full 15-round review session and the IC Report with PDF download for a single startup profile. This is a one-time entitlement tied to the specific startup profile at the time of purchase. We strongly recommend completing the IC Report before making any profile changes. Modifying the startup profile after payment will void the entitlement and require a new purchase.
Subscription ($49/month): 10 x 15-round review sessions and 10 x IC Reports per month across all startup profiles for the duration of the subscription.
Plan access is tied to your account. You may not share, transfer, or resell access to the platform.
4. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes (including VAT) are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your location.
Subscription billing occurs monthly from the date of first payment. You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until that date.
Important: One-time purchases (Full Interview and Full Package) are tied to a specific startup profile session. If you modify your startup profile after completing a paid review session, your entitlement will be voided and a new purchase will be required. The platform will warn you before any action that would void a paid entitlement. We strongly recommend generating your IC Report before making profile changes.

5. Not Financial or Investment Advice
Important Disclaimer
All analysis, scores, and recommendations generated by AI VC Reviewer are for informational and preparation purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any guarantee of investment outcomes. The AI reviewer is a simulation tool - it does not represent any actual venture capital firm, investor, or financial institution. You should not make financial or business decisions based solely on the output of this platform. Score benchmarks and average markers shown in reports are internal estimates based on limited early-stage data from within this platform. They do not represent industry-wide statistics or verified market data, and will be updated as our dataset grows.
6. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you upload, including your pitch deck and business information.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your review and report.
You confirm that you have the right to upload and share the content you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring your pitch deck does not contain information you are not authorized to share.
7. Shareable Reports
You may choose to generate a shareable link for your IC Report. By doing so, you acknowledge that anyone with the link can view the report content including your company name, scores, and analysis.
You can revoke a shared link at any time from your report page, after which the link will no longer be accessible.
We are not responsible for the distribution of shared links once you have shared them with third parties.
8. Email Communications
If you join our waiting list before receiving an invite, we collect your email address solely to notify you when access is available. You may request removal from the waiting list at any time via our contact form.
By creating an account, you consent to receiving transactional emails from us, including notifications when your web research is complete. You may opt out of non-essential communications by contacting us at our contact form.
9. Third-Party Processing
To provide the service, your content is processed by third-party services including Anthropic (Claude API), LlamaParse, Serper (web search), Paddle (payments), and Resend (email). By using AI VC Reviewer, you consent to your content being processed by these services in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third parties.
10. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential. We do not share your pitch deck, startup data, or review conversations with any third parties other than the processing services described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your information for marketing, research, or any purpose other than providing the service.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Use the platform to generate analysis for companies you do not represent
- Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the AI review system
- Share your account credentials with others
- Abuse the free tier reset mechanism through automated or fraudulent means
- Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or manipulate the AI system prompt or evaluation methodology through prompt injection or any other technique
12. Limitation of Liability
AI VC Reviewer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any investment decisions made based on our analysis, any inaccuracies in the AI review, or any business outcomes resulting from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to use the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Account Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard. Upon deletion, all your data including pitch decks, conversations, and reports will be permanently and immediately removed. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
